I have been wanting to do this telephone booth for a long time now. I had to remake this multiple times to find the best way to put it all together. It just took me some practice to see what is the easiest way to make the doors and I was able to do that. Thank you, I used a 1/2 inch brad nails with the setting on low for my nail gun. But when I first made it, I forgot to switch the 1 inch nails I had in the nail gun and shot through the wood and my finger, lol. I felt so dumb, hahaha. But it happens and luckily my finger was alright. Then I switched to the 1/2 inch brad nail. I filmed it too, lol.

what size did you make them so two can fit on that one sheet?
Hi, sorry I am not sure. I just shrunk them and rotated them until they fit on the 2ft wide x 4ft tall paper together.

Your welcome, yes its great machine to have both options. Especially if you are just beginning with lasers. The xtool software is super beginner friendly. Good luck!

Hi, most people either use pink insulation foam board from Home Depot or coroplast also at Home Depot. Its that plastic that most yard sale and political signs are printed on. Its a White Corrugated Twinwall Plastic Sheet and is inexpensive. They sell a 4ftt x 8ft wide plastic sheet for like $25 or so at Home Depot. Good luck!

My brother got the wrong wood and I showed him the file and everything it’s just messed up and too heavy 😢
Oh no, I am sorry about that. Yes if he used thicker wood than what was in the plans or a different type it may be more heavier. It can be difficult, as when I first started building projects. I used thicker material because I wanted it to be strong, but learned after transporting a couple projects that lighter helps. Hopefully the next one is better.
